Management of Research Projects
Managing a Research project is a complex and time consuming task: in many cases the Coordinator or the project responsible is a Researcher without enough time to deal with it. C&S offers a customized support to successfully comply with the project needs.
C&S can provide several external services to cover the following Project Management issues:
- Financial Management: requesting and handling internal six-month cost and effort statement; monitoring of person-months and money spent during the periods; preparation of draft cost statements to be sent to the Administrative Department for the official submission; calculation and monitoring of the Equipment's depreciation and their eligibility in the project; Budget Control.
- Quality Management: handling/updating the Quality Plan, monitoring the internal review procedure and the correct timing of issuing the project deliverables; monitoring the Milestones deadlines.
- IPR Management: monitoring of the foreground and background, advanced communication before any scientific publication, monitoring of the compliance with the Consortium Agreement:
- Risk Management: periodic monitoring of the Risk Mangement Plan , together with the Coordinator and the WP Leaders, updating of the Contingency Plan during the project lifetime;
- Any other particolar need the Client may have in this specific field.
